We have comfortable box spring beds available for you! With the exception of apartments 106 and 206, all beds are 160 x 200 cm in size. In apartments 106 and 206, you will find beds measuring 140 x 200 cm.

For the best booking experience, we recommend booking directly through our website. This way, you have direct access to us and receive all information firsthand. Alternatively, you can also book through online travel agencies (OTAs). No matter which method you choose, we look forward to welcoming you soon!

Do you want to change or cancel your reservation? No problem! The easiest way to do it is through the portal where you made the booking. If you booked directly with us, simply send us a message at . We will process your request as soon as possible.

The cleaning of your apartment is generally done after your check-out. We do not offer daily cleaning services. However, if your stay is longer than 6 nights, we would be happy to arrange a mid-stay cleaning for you. Simply contact our team to make the necessary arrangements.

Some of our apartments are equipped with a dishwasher to make your household chores easier. The apartments with a dishwasher are: 001, 002, 101, 105, 205, 304, 305, 401, 405, 501, 502, 503, 504, and 505. If you stay in one of these apartments, you can enjoy the added convenience of a dishwasher.

We separate our waste into general waste, plastic, paper, and glass.

In most apartments, you will find two bins in the kitchen: one for general waste and one for plastic. You can simply leave paper and glass next to the bins. There is an additional general waste bin in the bathroom.

You can hand over your trash bags to our cleaning staff and get new ones if you see them in the hallways between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. If you happen not to see them, you can simply place the trash bags outside your apartment door in the morning; we will gladly collect them and leave fresh bags for you.

We want you to feel comfortable right from the beginning. That’s why we have prepared a few complimentary items for you for the first few days:

Heating is regulated via smart thermostats mounted directly on the radiators. They feature pre-programmed settings that prevent unnecessary heating when it is not required. The desired temperature can be easily adjusted by turning the dial on the front of the thermostat.

In order to receive your bill please email us at with your booking number, name and the desired billing address.

We are happy to provide you with an ironing board and iron free of charge, subject to availability. Please let us know before your arrival and we will take care of it.

Unfortunately, we do not have a washing machine in our building.

The closest laundry salon to our Apartments is Eco Express Waschsalon located at Tafelfeldstraße 29, 90443 Nürnberg​.

Simply use our lockers on the 5th floor of the building to store your luggage safely. With your personal door code, you have access to the building before and after your stay. You’ll just need a 1€ coin for the lockers.

Please note that the luggage lockers may be fully occupied. In that case, the best option for you would be the luggage lockers at the main train station.

In our apartments, we attach great importance to a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We have a strict quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am to ensure that you can enjoy your sleep undisturbed. If you notice any noise, please do not hesitate to address the issue directly. Our staff is also available during our working hours.

Please note that pets of any kind are not allowed.

Smoking is only allowed outside in front of the bulding. If smoking occurs during your stay in the apartment or in the hallways, a 100 € fee will be billed to your account for each instance.

Our apartments don’t have TVs, but we offer high-speed internet perfect for streaming on your own devices like smartphones, tablets, or laptops. Stay connected and enjoy!
